Malcolm Moffat College of Education (MMCE)

Malcolm Moffat College of Education (MMCE), established in 1960, is governed by the Council of Churches in Zambia. MMCE is affiliated to the University of Zambia and the Ministry of Education, which underwrites its accreditation. The College is named after the pioneer, teacher and missionary, Malcolm Moffat.

The goal of MMCE is to produce quality teachers with high moral values, Christian principles, and standards of personal and professional conduct through prudent management of resources and a holistic inculcation of knowledge, skills, values and attitudes to empower them to succeed in both local and global cross-cultural environments regardless of gender, ethnicity and ability.
